Free shipping to Continental USA and Canada-wide for all order over $60

Old Skull Store North America offers FREE shipping for all orders that are over $60! If your total order value before taxes is less than $60 we will charge a flat rate of $10.  Orders received before 12pm PST will be shipped the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, & Canadian Statutory Holidays).  If for any reason a product that you purchased becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment, we will notify you immediately by email.

All of our products are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We will email you a Canada Post tracking number once your order has been shipped. Ordered shipped to the USA will have an estimated shipping time of 9-10 business days. Orders shipped to Canada will have an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. 

No taxes will be charged for shipments sent to US destinations. For orders shipped within Canada provincial taxes and GST/ HST will apply. Taxes for Canadian orders will be charged during checkout before you enter your payment information. 

Duties and brokerage fees may apply to our USA or International customers. If shipping to any destination in Canada your order will not be subject to any duties or customs brokerage fees. 

International Shipments (outside of Canada and USA)

Returns

Oldskull North America will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. The goods must be in resalable condition, and they must not have been worn or washed. Tags must not be removed, and packaging, even if opened, must accompany the product. Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All returns sent from the US must use USPS for shipping or the return will not be accepted. We will accept returns from international customers, but the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Once we have received and inspected the return item, if it meets all of the above criteria we will issue you a refund or store credit.

To return an item please email contact@oldskullstore.net with your full name, order number, the item being returned, and the reason why you are returning the item.
